I tested the GF 100RF wide open for distortion, both with and without the Lightroom lens corrections.
Without:
I added the red line so that you can see the distortion. It’s pretty severe without the software correction. You can also see the vignetting of the lens.
With the Lightroom lens corrections enabled, both the distortion and most of the vignetting is tamed.
Does the distortion correction adversely affect sharpness? If you look at the Siemens star tests of a few days ago, you will see that there is no material loss in sharpness.
