This is sort of a test of how well this test can do if you don’t follow the instructions. I received a set of images of two different Sony 200-600 mm E-mount lenses, but the exposures within each set were all over the map. I tried as best I could to correct in Lightroom. These are at 100% magnification.
Lens 1 is pretty awful. Lens 2 is OK, I guess. It’s not super sharp anywhere. For what a top-notch tele-zoom looks like, see here.
