The CPA made this announcement today. I’m glad, because I can finally admit to why I’ve been deluging you with all the ETTR and related SNR-optimizing posts. I’ve been preparing my presentation, and I’ve been using this blog as my sketchpad. Thanks to everyone who aided me along the way.
We had a similar panel last year. I was the moderator. This year, Rex Naden is taking on that job, and all I have to do is give a half-hour lecture and be ready to answer questions. I learned a lot last year. I’ve already learned a lot this year, just getting ready. I expect to learn a lot more.
It’s a pleasure to be on the same stage as Eric Chan (Adobe), Brian Griffith (Irident), and Charles Cramer (himself). I’m sure that Lionel Kuhlmann (Capture One) will be great, although I’ve not met him yet.
