Looks like the folks at Adobe are now recognizing the depths to which Lr performance has sunk. This is good news and bad news. The good news is that it looks like they’re going to make some improvements. The bad news is that they aren’t currently working on a performance boosting project, but are in the deciding what to do about it phase.

Also, if they are serious, I do not understand why they limit the survey to such a small subset of users.
The paragraph seems to be very poorly crafted, open to criticism and ridicule on many of the points raised.

They do say that they know a lot of the pain points and have sunk a lot of resources into them; so perhaps there’s a first tranche of performance improvements on the way. I really hope so. I just don’t want to have to learn to be fluent in Capture One…
