Field curvature in the Fuji GF 35-70
Photography meets digital computer technology. Photography wins -- most of the time.
I tested a pre-production copy of this lens last Juni/July 2021, and I was very pleased with the flat field curvature. IME, the 32-64mm is more tricky here, with the left and right edges bent more towards the camera.
I a quick test, I also found that the 35-70mm seems to be quite parfocal and exhibits little focus breathing. Video users should be pleased. Great value, considering price and size/weight.
