I haven’t posted much here lately. I’ve been involved with another project that’s taking up a lot of my time.
But there are some interesting posts coming. I’ve ordered a Hasselblad X2D 100 and the new quick-focusing 38 mm f/2.5 lens. I’ll be testing those and reporting on my findings in this blog.
I’ve also ordered the new Fuji 20-35/4 GF zoom, and I’ll be testing it against the 23/4, and possibly some other GF lenses.

Is it possible for Fuji RAW ( or any RAW ) to clip highlights before the corresponding JPEG does?
No. If the raw values clip, that will make the jpeg image have problems.

I got an email from my dealer on Friday that said Hasselblad expects to ship cameras to him sometime next week.

Ouch and sorry. Thought you were already at it. I look forward to your opinion on X2D – it seems to have som important new features which may make an upgrade from X1D interesting. I can wait and put some cash aside 😉
