John Fogarty, in a recent issue of Acoustic Guitar magazine, tells of something he’s read that he’s tried to honor in his songwriting. I think there’s a message for photographers here as well.
…when you’re working on a song and it’s not right… a bell will ring in your head. The little bell is telling you that you need to fix this—you can’t leave it that way. But if you ignore the bell, pretty soon it won’t ring for you anymore.
