Swebo precision geared head

If you want a very precise tripod head with geared pitch, yaw, and roll, this may be your head.

Top blue knob is yaw.  Front knob is pitch. Lower right knob is roll. Note the index marks at 90 degrees for precise setting in any orientation.

 

Maximum pitch and roll is 15 degrees. There is no base yaw.

 

The gearing is very slow and precise. The small knurled handles are useful for making coarser adjustments.

 

There are bubble levels under the yaw platform.

Appears to be well made. About $700. If you need the precision, it’s worth the money.
